Art Journaling On the Go

A lot of my journals are floating around on Pinterest, but this photo (also above) pops up a lot for me as well when I look at the places people visit this blog from. So I thought I would do a refresh post about it (especially since the only post is no longer published on my old blog).

Back in 2013 I purchased this Traveler Bag by Stephanie Johnson. However, my intention was never to use it as a wash bag or for makeup, but for journaling supplies.

My close friends call it my “journaling-on-the-go” kit, since I always have it (or a smaller version) of it nearby.

I use the zipper plastic compartment, that is removable, for pens and markers.

There are two mesh zipper pouches that snap in and out as needed, and I use them for pretty tape, scissors, glue pen, other tools in one, and favorite stickers in the other.

The back has a clear zippered pocket that I stash old and new papers that I like to use in for easy access.

I love using this case, it has been with me for years and has held up great traveling and journaling along with me!

What do you use to take your journaling supples on the go?
